What information we collect about you:
Forest Technologies collects general user information, such as what site you just came from, the browser you use, and the
path you take throughout our site. This allows Forest Technologies to understand general user traffic patterns and to

We collect your opt-in e-mail address so you may request feedback on the product that you purchased from Forest
Technologies, to answer your request for additional information, to address any order processing issues.
We collect information you agree to provide us while for processing your orders, request for quotation, and request for

Credit Card Information:
We are a Yahoo hosted Merchant Website and we collect your credit card information to process your orders. We use
Paymentech as our credit card processor. We chose Yahoo and Paymentech because they are one of the largest, most
secure and most experienced merchant hosting and processing companies.
For Online orders your card number and details go to our credit card processor Paymentech, Forest Technologies only
collects the credit card type, expiration date, and charge approval code for the specific charge. For phone orders, Forest
Technologies collects all your credit card information for manual processing.
Once Forest Technologies manually processes your order and the order is approved by Paymentech, Forest Technologies
does not record you your credit card number but does keep your card type, credit card expiration information, and related
order processing information (your name, email address, etc...). We use a secure site encryption for processing your online
credit card information and we screen credit cards for fraudulent use
(we cannot warrant that we can prevent fraudulent use of credit cards).
Access to your orders:
Forest Technologies limits access to customer order information through a second level of security within our Merchant site
and is available only on a need to know bases.
All order information is stored on Yahoo secure servers and not stored locally on Forest Technologies' network.
Forest Technologies may make printed copies and keep these copies secure in our non-networked accounting system. We
cannot and do not represent and warrant that Internet transmissions are entirely secure.
How we use your information:
We use your information to accurately and safely process your order. We use your information to follow-up with you to solicit
your valuable feedback on the use of our product and/or services, and to make you aware of related Forest Technologies
products and services.
We use the personal and company information to compile aggregate information about our user base and usage patterns.
We reserve the right to use cookie technology to help you move faster through our site. A cookie is a string of information
that is sent by a web site and stored on your hard drive or temporarily in your computer's memory.
We reserve the right to send to you direct mail or e-mail about our new site features.
We reserve the right to send subscribers of our newsletters announcements of new site features or topic-based alerts. We
also reserve the right to contact any subscriber at any time regarding subscription-related problems or questions. Forest
